Phil Traina is a veteran real estate agent who comes from a long line of REALTOR’S®. His grandmother was a successful broker in the late 60s, so he grew up seeing how many people were helped by her over the years.

Phil is a Silicon Valley native with a background in sales, management, marketing and negotiation who has been exclusively selling real estate for nearly 20 years, beginning his career in early 2002. With a magnetic personality and an ability to see the positive in every situation, real estate was the smart and logical choice for him. Prior to moving his family to Austin, TX, he worked in one of the highest producing real estate offices in the country.

We have a great food truck community!”

Family is extremely important to Phil,  His wife Kendra runs the house with their two kids and has a very successful career in the Hair industry. You may see the Trainas at the dance studio or the ball field – the kids are active in their respective sports.
